Mechanical Engineering services are offered in addition to process services. Capabilities include: equipment sizing and specification, piping and pumping systems design, tank & storage bin specification to relevant standards, materials handling system design covering conveyors, chutework, dust control, crushing and grinding, stockpiling and loadout.
Sargon Engineering has an experienced design team, which is supplied with the most up-to-date design software. The drawing office is well-resourced and provides the expertise to design and detail equipment, piping, structures and materials handling systems. Sargon Engineering use software by Bentley Systems; Microstation V8i, AutoPIPE and Triforma.
Project Management services cover project scoping, definition & management, as well as planning, scheduling and cost control systems. We have the project development experience to produce a realistic, logically consistent plan for all phases of project implementation. Primavera P6 is Sargon Engineering’s tool of choice for planning and scheduling.
Sargon Engineering has developed an extensive cost estimating database, and can provide capital and operating cost estimates to a specified accuracy. Our estimates are informed by the latest data from recognised sources such as CostMine and Rawlinsons. We can size equipment efficiently and ascertain installation and labour costs.
